Daniel W. Crandall, CIC, ARM
Dan began his insurance career in 1981 as an independent agent selling agribusiness insurance on the hood of a pickup truck in Idaho. From that beginning, he has also served in many capacities within the company ranks, including President and CEO of a 24-state regional insurer, General Fire & Casualty Company, and Chairman of the Board of Directors.
He has built and managed several program administrators and managing general agencies over his career.

Mitchell B. Willes
Mitchell graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Economics. Prior to working with Program Partners, Inc. Mitchell worked in banking.
Mitchell provides an outsider's view of the world of insurance, which allows the team to draft insurance policy forms with all audiences in mind.
CSO, Chief Science Officer
Curtis R. Crandall, MSc
Curt manages and develops our geospatial information system-dependent underwriting and rating models. He holds a M.S. degree in Hydrologic Sciences and a B.S. degree in Earth Science and Geographical Information Analysis from Boise State University. He has published work and previous experience as a spatial analyst for a regional insurance carrier in catastrophic disease and weather-related perils. Curt is also a decorated infantry non-commissioned officer and veteran of the United States Army.

Goffrey "Al" Hardaway II
Al is a member of the Tennessee Bar. Al graduated from the John J. Duncan, Jr School of Law at Lincoln Memorial University, where he served as president of the Black Law Student Association, completed an externship with Criminal Court Judge Christopher Craft, and served as a Dean’s Fellow for the law school.
Following graduation Al has worked with personal injury firms and legislation in state government. This has allowed Al to provide legal opinions on various situations, conduct legal research, and offer recommendations to management and other staff regarding issues that intersect with the legal field.
Administrative assistant
Mallory A. Brown
Mallory graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science. Before working at Program Partners, Inc., she spent time working as an administrative assistant and coaching high school basketball.
In her current role, she pays close attention to the details in policy forms and contracts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper functionality.
